All About Us

The Beach House - St Malo, was originally designed as an elementary school over 75 years ago.

The old boarded up building was purchased with the vision of repurposing its current structure.
With passion, determination and 12 years later, we are finally seeing our vision come to light.

By keeping its six classrooms on the second floor, converting the space to loft rental suites
and the main floor to commercial space, we feel we are able to provide much needed rental space in an ever growing beach town community.
